Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups mixed frozen vegetables
  • 2 chopped potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
