  • 2 cups Broccoli fresh florets

  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust based on spice preference
For Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and then set aside.

  4. Add the blanched broccoli to the skillet with reserved broccoli water and season.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with broccoli mixture and add Parmesan cheese.
