Ingredients
  

  • 1 rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and green onions.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Top with shredded cheese and place the top halves of the rolls on.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
