Steps to Make Treats
- Start by lightly spraying a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies.
- Transfer the Rice Krispie mixture into the greased pan and press down evenly.
- While still warm, sprinkle 1 cup of chopped macadamia nuts and 1 cup of white chocolate chips over the top.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mango puree, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar.
- Pour the mango glaze evenly over the set treats in the pan and spread gently.
- Allow to set at room temperature for at least one hour before slicing into bars.
