Method
 

Steps to Make Treats
  1. Start by lightly spraying a 9x13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces of mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, then fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies.
  4. Transfer the Rice Krispie mixture into the greased pan and press down evenly.
  5. While still warm, sprinkle 1 cup of chopped macadamia nuts and 1 cup of white chocolate chips over the top.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mango puree, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Gradually mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar.
  7. Pour the mango glaze evenly over the set treats in the pan and spread gently.
  8. Allow to set at room temperature for at least one hour before slicing into bars.
