Method
- Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Place ribs in a resealable bag; pour marinade over and refrigerate 6–8 hours or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill ribs 3–4 minutes per side.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Can also be broiled in the oven.
- Serve with rice and grilled pineapple.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
