  • ½ cup Mayonnaise preferably avocado oil mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 3-4 tablespoons Pickle Juice adjust based on taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk or non-dairy alternative
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper optional
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill for garnish; optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 16 ounces of pasta according to package instructions, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Dressing: In a bowl, mix 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup sour cream, and 3-4 tablespoons of pickle juice. Beat until smooth, then add 2-3 tablespoons of milk to reach desired consistency.
  3. Mix the Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, 1 cup sliced Polish ham, ¾ cup chopped dill pickles, and ¾ cup sliced green onions. Fold gently to mix well.
  4. Combine the Salad and Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
