Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Shakshuka Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 550°F (or the highest setting) for at least 30 minutes for a crispy crust.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add leeks, sweet peppers, and garlic, and sauté for about 10 minutes until soft.
- Stir in the quartered tomatoes and a pinch of sugar. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Transfer to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
- Spread the thickened tomato sauce evenly over the dough. Make four wells and crack an egg into each.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the pizza and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until egg whites are set and yolks are runny.
- Once baked, let cool for a minute, garnish with parsley, and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.

Notes
To keep eggs runny, bake pizza for 5 minutes with just the sauce before adding eggs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
