Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pits. Brush with maple syrup and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over low to medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Grill the peach halves cut side down for 4 to 8 minutes until caramelized and marked.
  4. Flip the peaches and brush more maple syrup on them. Grill for an additional minute.
  5. Chop the pecans and toast them lightly in a skillet for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve warm peaches with a scoop of ice cream or yogurt and sprinkle with pecans.
