Method
- In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, and pepper.
- Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This marinade also works great for chicken thighs.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.
