For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup California avocados sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade from the bowl.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. In the last minute of grilling, add the avocado slices on top of the chicken to warm slightly.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
