Method
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate the steak cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Thread steak pieces onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Marinate up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
- Great served with steamed rice or noodles.
- Can be cooked under the broiler if no grill is available.
