  2. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  3. Lay 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then fold over to enclose the filling.
  4. Set up a breading station with seasoned flour, an egg mixture, and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
