Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cold butter with granulated and brown sugar, mixing until clumpy, then fluffy.
  3. Incorporate egg yolks one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt separately, then gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  6. Melt butter, dip graham crackers in it, and place them on your lined baking sheets.
  7. Form cookies with a scoop, place regular marshmallow inside, cover with more dough on top of graham cracker.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through.
  9. Gently use a round cookie cutter to shape cookies right after baking.
  10. Allow cookies to cool for 10 minutes before pressing a piece of Hershey's chocolate on top.
