  1. In a deep dish or a zip-top bag, combine the marinade ingredients: minced fresh ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar or honey, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir well to create the marinade.
  2. Carefully place the fish filets into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
  3. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Line a baking pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
