Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the ginger sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
