Step-by-Step Instructions for Ghostly Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread marinara sauce across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked noodles, half of the ricotta-spinach mixture, chicken, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  6. Cut remaining mozzarella into ghost shapes and arrange on top with black olives for eyes.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
