Method
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until fully browned.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar, and brown sugar.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and stir.
- Add cornstarch slurry and simmer until thickened, 2–3 minutes.
- Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Make it spicy with red pepper flakes or chili garlic sauce.
- Add steamed broccoli for a full meal.
