Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and enough reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results. Add chopped parsley or chili flakes for extra flavor.
