  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
