Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place salmon on the sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Brush over salmon.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
  4. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Notes

  • Use wild-caught salmon for richer flavor
  • Add asparagus or green beans to the sheet for a full meal
  • Do not overbake to keep salmon moist
