Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place salmon on the sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Brush over salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper. Bake 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
Notes
- Use wild-caught salmon for richer flavor
- Add asparagus or green beans to the sheet for a full meal
- Do not overbake to keep salmon moist
