Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
Remove the skillet from heat and squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken.
Dot the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter on top of the chicken.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
