Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves, stirring constantly for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  3. Introduce 1 pound of large peeled shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of dry white wine and stir gently. Optionally add red pepper flakes and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until reduced.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, juice of 1 lemon, and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or zucchini noodles garnished with the sauce.
