- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until melted.

- Introduce 1 pound of large peeled shrimp to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of dry white wine and stir gently. Optionally add red pepper flakes and let simmer for 1-2 minutes until reduced.
- Remove from heat, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, juice of 1 lemon, and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
