Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Pour into baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use pre-cooked shrimp for an even faster version.
  • Top with extra parsley and lemon wedges for serving.
