Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
- Pour into baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked shrimp for an even faster version.
- Top with extra parsley and lemon wedges for serving.
