- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Serve the garlic butter shrimp over cooked rice or pasta, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
