On the other side of the baking sheet, arrange the trimmed asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon fillets and asparagus, ensuring everything is well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
