Method
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Return meatballs to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use a blend of ground pork and beef for extra flavor. Serve over pasta or zoodles.
