Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Return meatballs to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use a blend of ground pork and beef for extra flavor. Serve over pasta or zoodles.
