Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
- For extra chewy centers, don’t overbake.
- Swap white chocolate chips for semi-sweet or leave them out for a classic version.
