Preparation Steps

  3. Make the Dressing: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine Salad Ingredients: Fold the cooled tortellini, chopped bacon, sliced pepperoncini, grated Parmesan, chopped red onion, and diced tomatoes into the dressing. Toss lightly.
