  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Or use fresh garlic.
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Adjust based on your preference.
For Serving
  • 1 whole Lime Cut into wedges.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, toss whitefish with olive oil, cumin, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until flaky, then broil for 2-3 minutes.
  2. While fish is baking, cook cilantro lime rice according to package instructions. If using pre-cooked rice, reheat it and mix in fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  3. For taco sauce, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and Sriracha until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle.
  4. Assemble bowls with a scoop of rice, add flaky fish, then toppings like cabbage, avocados, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
