Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until combined.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes. Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For a lower-sugar version, reduce sugar to ¾ cup.
- Add chocolate chips for a fun twist.
