Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
  • Cooked rice for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened slightly.
  6. Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Adjust hot sauce to taste—use sriracha for extra heat.
  • Try with cauliflower rice for a lighter option.
