  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Add Old Bay and chives, mixing gently.
  3. Wet hands, scoop portions of the mixture, form into rounds, and place on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
