  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and red pepper flakes until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, sautéing for about 5-7 minutes until golden-brown and nearly cooked through.
