Ingredients
  

For the Lasagna
  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles no-boil varieties recommended
  • 8 oz Crab Meat imitation crab can be used
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
For the Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce homemade is best
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes optional
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping panko for extra crispiness
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper for seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Prepare the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, or soak no-boil noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes, then fold in crab meat and season.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the grated Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  6. Layer the lasagna by starting with Alfredo sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and cheese mixture. Repeat and finish with noodles and remaining Alfredo.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs, then cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
