Assemble the tacos by placing a generous amount of the seasoned chicken on each tortilla.
Top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
