- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 loaf pan with canola oil or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of milk until combined. Add 1/2 cup of canola oil and 2 large eggs, mixing until smooth.
