Servings: 30 pretzel bites
Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • Mini pretzel twists
  • Pastel-colored chocolate melts pink, yellow, blue, green, purple
  • Wax paper
  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Forks for dipping

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper to prepare your workspace.
  2. In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt each color of chocolate melts by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Using a fork, dip each mini pretzel into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coating. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing the pretzels on the wax paper.
  4. Repeat the process with different chocolate colors to create a variety of pastel-coated pretzels.
  5. For extra decoration, drizzle different colors over the pretzels using a fork.
  6. Let the pretzels set at room temperature until the chocolate hardens completely.
  7. Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate melts for a smoother texture.
  • Avoid overheating the chocolate; stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Work quickly before the chocolate sets if adding sprinkles or decorations.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to keep the pretzels crisp.
