Preparation Steps
- In a small mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Blend on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Add sour cream and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend for another 1–2 minutes until fully combined.
- Wash the red and green grapes under cool water, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the washed grapes and spoon the creamy dressing over them. Toss gently to coat the grapes.
- Fold in the chopped pecans gently into the grape mixture.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
- Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Give the salad a gentle stir before serving.
