Ingredients
  

For the Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract use pure vanilla
For the Salad
  • 2 cups red grapes seedless
  • 2 cups green grapes seedless
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and granulated sugar. Blend on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend for another 1–2 minutes until fully combined.
  3. Wash the red and green grapes under cool water, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, pour the washed grapes and spoon the creamy dressing over them. Toss gently to coat the grapes.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans gently into the grape mixture.
  6. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  7. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Give the salad a gentle stir before serving.
