Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and minced garlic until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drain excess fat and remove from heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar and diced Parmesan until melted and combined.
Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs
Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling, pinching them tightly to seal, forming a ball.
Brush with Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over each sealed dough ball.
Bake
Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits turn golden brown.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional). Let them cool slightly before serving.
