  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges well-drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar adjust for sweetness
For the Colorful Finish
  • 1 cup Bright Pink Candy Melts can swap for other colors
  • 1 cup Spring Themed Sprinkles optional
For Dipping
  • assorted Cookies/Graham Crackers/Fruit for serving

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Drain the pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries to eliminate excess juice. Set aside.
  2. Mash the drained pineapple and maraschino cherries until finely chopped, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Fold the mashed fruit blend into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in the mandarin oranges until they are evenly distributed.
  6. Melt the pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 10-20 second intervals until smooth.
  7. Pour the melted candy into the fruit mixture and stir until fully combined.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Serve garnished with spring-themed sprinkles alongside assorted dippers.
