  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot carrot, julienned

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated Or 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Method
 

Stir Fry Steps
  1. Preheat your wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil, then add the beef, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
