- In a large mixing bowl, combine uncooked penne pasta, marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper, and raw chicken cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes. You'll see edges bubbling and smells wafting.
- Remove the foil, stir the mixture gently, which will still be slightly firm with some liquid remaining.
