- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and dill weed. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes or until smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using, place a pizza stone in the oven to heat.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Drizzle a touch of olive oil over the dough.
- Spread an even layer of the garlic cream sauce across the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, dill pickles, and bacon.
- Carefully place the assembled pizza in the oven, and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and sprinkle with fresh dill. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
