Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, and dill weed. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using, place a pizza stone in the oven to heat.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Drizzle a touch of olive oil over the dough.
  4. Spread an even layer of the garlic cream sauce across the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, dill pickles, and bacon.
  5. Carefully place the assembled pizza in the oven, and bake for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and sprinkle with fresh dill. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
