Method
- Gather fresh dandelion flowers from a pesticide-free area and rinse them under cold water.
- Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle or saucepan.
- In a large gallon container, combine rinsed dandelion flowers and 2 tea bags. Pour in the boiling water.
- Cover and steep the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and strain out the dandelion flowers. Stir in sugar or honey to taste.
- Fill the container with cold water and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Serve over ice, garnishing with lemon slices or fresh mint.
