Preparation Steps

  2. Strain the lavender honey through a fine mesh strainer into a clean bowl to remove any lavender remnants.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of full-fat Greek yogurt, the strained honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of fine sea salt.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup of cold heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe loaf pan, cover it, and freeze for about 4-6 hours, stirring after the first hour.
  6. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping, then serve immediately.
