  • 1.5 cups Whipped Topping or homemade whipped cream
For the Mint Layer
  • 3 boxes (3.4 oz each) Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Cold Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Mint Extract adjust as needed
  • a few drops Green Food Coloring gel-based recommended
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino Cherries for decoration
  • 1/4 cup Green Sprinkles for decoration

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather and measure all ingredients. Prepare your mixing bowls and a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add cocoa mixes and whipped topping, then spread over crust.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk, then fold in whipped topping, mint extract, and food coloring. Spread over chocolate layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream, cherries, and sprinkles. Slice with a warm knife.
