- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butterfly pea tea, 1 tablespoon of chamomile tea, and a cinnamon stick. Let it steep for about 3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to low and incorporate 1 cup of your choice of milk into the pot. Warm until steaming but not boiling.
- Once hot, remove from heat and stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey until fully dissolved.
- Using a fine sieve or strainer, carefully pour the tea mixture into your favorite mug, catching the tea leaves and cinnamon stick.
- Serve your Moon Milk Tea warm, garnished with a butterfly pea flower or a light sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
