  • 12 Mini Marshmallows For the drumsticks
  • 12 Pretzel Sticks Halved for legs

  • 4 oz White Chocolate For detailing the drumstick tips

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Insert half of a pretzel stick into each mini marshmallow to create drumsticks, using two per strawberry.
  3. Dip the marshmallow end of the drumsticks into melted chocolate and press them onto the strawberries.
  4. Let the drumsticks set for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Dip each strawberry in melted chocolate until fully covered and let them sit on the tray.
  6. Dip the tips of the marshmallow drumsticks into melted white chocolate for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is completely hardened.
