Preparation
- Begin by taking the burrata cheese out of the refrigerator and allowing it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Grab a medium serving platter to arrange your beautiful Burrata Berry Salad.
- Wash the strawberries, cherries, and baby tomatoes thoroughly.
- Hull and slice the strawberries, pit and halve the cherries, and cut the baby tomatoes in half.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Place the burrata in the center of your platter, surrounding it with the sliced strawberries, halved cherries, cucumber rounds, halved baby tomatoes and blackberries.
- Sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the arrangement.
- Mix equal parts olive oil and balsamic, then drizzle across the salad.
- Sprinkle flake salt over the salad to enhance flavors.
- Serve with whole croutons and endive leaves on the side.
