  • 3 medium Kiwis Choose ripe, soft kiwis.
  • 2 medium Bananas Optionally swap with pears.
  • 1 cup Pomegranate Arils Fresh or pre-packaged both work well.

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until smooth, then stir in poppy seeds.
  2. Peel and segment mandarins and slice apples into bite-sized pieces. Peel kiwis and cut them into rounds; slice bananas.
  3. In a large bowl, gently layer mandarins, apples, kiwis, bananas, and pomegranate arils.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit, ensuring all fruits are lightly coated.
  5. Gently toss the fruits with the dressing using a spatula.
  6. Serve immediately in a serving bowl, optionally garnish with extra pomegranate arils.
